An area of improvement would be tacking pictures to make sure that the item match the discerption, item 6647195 there was a picture of the front and the amazon label but no picture of the back of the item, so I was confused and did not know that it was a wrong item until I received the package.

Once the packing order is placed and I've paid, there is difficulty getting the warehouse to place a form in a customs pouch or mark the package with a code. Can't this be added as an extra-cost service? I have added such details on Address Line 3 on packages I've sent myself.
