FastBuy is a great option if you’re unable to — or prefer not to — place an order from a US online store yourself.

If a store doesn’t accept international credit cards, doesn’t ship abroad, or you simply don’t feel comfortable completing the purchase, our team can place the order for you.

Follow the three steps below to learn how FastBuy works.

Step 1: Tell us what you want to buy

In your locker, go to Shop → New US FastBuy and fill out the request form.

Provide the following details:

  1. Store name – The store you want us to buy from (e.g., Amazon or www.amazon.com).

  2. Expected shipping price – Enter the maximum shipping cost you’re willing to pay, or leave blank if you only want items with free shipping.

  3. Coupon – Add any promotional codes that apply to your order.

  4. Expected total – The price you expect to pay, including shipping if applicable.

  5. Comments – Use this field for any extra instructions.

  6. Item name – Enter the exact item name. It’s best to copy it directly from the store’s website.

  7. Size / Color – Specify if applicable. If the color name is unusual, copy it directly from the store’s site.

  8. Quantity – Number of items you want to purchase (note that some stores may limit quantities).

  9. URL – Link to the item’s product page so we can purchase the correct item.

You can add multiple items to the same request or remove items if you change your mind.

Once everything looks correct, click Create FastBuy to submit your request.

⚠️ Important: Make sure you have enough funds in your account to cover the purchase. Otherwise we will not be able to place the order.

Step 2: We place the order

Once your request is submitted:
    1.    Our FastBuy team reviews the order.
    2.    If everything looks good, we purchase the item on your behalf.
    3.    The item cost is deducted from your account.

If there are any issues (pricing changes, availability, etc.), we’ll contact you before completing the purchase.

In some cases, FastBuy requests may be rejected. This usually happens when:
    •    The store does not allow purchases through forwarding services
    •    The item cannot be shipped internationally
    •    The item violates Fishisfast Terms of Service

We also maintain a list of stores that are incompatible with FastBuy. If you’re unsure about a store, feel free to contact our FastBuy team.

Step 3: Receive your items

After the purchase is completed, simply wait for the order to arrive at our warehouse.

When your package arrives:

  • We process it into your locker
  • You receive an email notification
  • You can view the items and package details in your locker

From there, you can combine it with other packages and ship it whenever you’re ready!
