Electronic devices are among the most popular items our customers ship. However, some products may not be eligible for international shipping due to transport regulations.

Many electronic devices contain lithium batteries. In some cases, these batteries are classified as dangerous goods and must be prepared and shipped according to specific safety rules.

To ensure safe transport, we follow the International Air Transport Association (IATA) guidelines for shipping lithium batteries.

The most common types of lithium-ion batteries are:

  • Lithium-ion batteries alone (PI965 - batteries on their own, including power banks) -- these kinds of batteries are regulated and unable to ship to many countries.
  • Lithium-ion batteries packed with equipment in its original manufacturer packaging (PI966 - removeable batteries). Note: We cannot combine or pack devices with batteries that were purchased and received separately.
  • Lithium ion batteries permanently installed in equipment (PI967)

For information on which batteries we can ship to your country, check our shipping restrictions here.

When you ship items with Lithium ion batteries, please select the proper option on your customs declaration form.

Check before your ship!
Before you ship to us, please check whether your item contains lithium-ion batteries. If you are unsure whether the item can be shipped to your country, please contact us in advance.
