Want a close-up photo of an item, a measurement, or to check whether that used device you bought on eBay actually powers on? No problem. Just submit a service request from your locker and we’ll take care of it. Service requests are available only for unpacked items. If your shipment is still packed, click “Unpack” first to view the items inside and submit requests for them once they have been unpacked.
How to submit a service request

Click the item in your Locker, then click the item ID link at the top to open the item page and view all item details.

Click 'Service Request' at the bottom of the page

Choose one of the following from the dropdown

Additional Photos - Request more photos of your unpacked item to get information like size, color, or specific details on the item itself. You are allowed 15 free additional photo requests per month

Power On Test - We will take a video of the item powering on to ensure it works properly. Note this is only available on items that have been classified as electronics. If you do not see this option when it should appear, please contact us.

Custom - Describe what you'd like us to do with your item and we will do our best to accommodate. The fee for this service will vary based on the complexity of the request. If we are not able to perform the task, you will not be billed for it.
