What You Can't Ship (Prohibited & Restricted Items)

Some items cannot be shipped outside the United States. They may be restricted because of:

  • U.S. export laws
  • Import laws in your country
  • Airline or carrier safety rules
  • Dangerous goods regulations
  • Domestic (U.S.) regulations
  • Our Terms of Service

We check every package that arrives at our warehouse. We are not able to accept regular U.S. mail such as letters or envelopes. If an item is not allowed, it must be returned or discarded. The list below is a general guide. It does not include every restricted or prohibited item.

Weapons & Tactical Equipment, including all weapon parts and accessories

We can not ship weapons or related equipment of any kind. This includes:

Weapons & explosives

  • Guns (real, replica, toy, BB, paintball)
  • Gun parts (barrels, grips, stocks, magazines, mounts, scopes, holsters, etc.)
  • Ammunition and Ammunition reloading equipment
  • Gun and ammunition storage (gun cases, ammo cases etc.)
  • Explosives of any kind, including fireworks
  • Knives, swords, axes, bayonets
  • Bows and arrows

  • Devices that transmit or receive infrared (IR) signals (Examples: Flipper Zero, Proxmark, similar tools)

Vapes & e-cigarettes (Strictly Prohibited)

Dangerous or Perishable Goods

We cannot ship items that are flammable, toxic, perishable, or unsafe for air transport.

Flammable / Heat-Producing Items

  • Gasoline, fuels, fire starters
  • Matches, pyrotechnics
  • Paint, glue, ink
  • Nail polish
  • Minoxidil products
  • Used car parts or tools with fuel residue
  • Ovens, stoves, or heat-producing equipment

Note: Some perfumes may ship with a special flight and additional fee.

Pressurized & Aerosol Items

  • Spray deodorant
  • Hair spray
  • Spray paint
  • Pressurized car parts, such as struts
  • Any aerosol can

Food & Perishable Items

  • Fresh fruit or vegetables
  • Meat, cheese
  • Any perishable food
  • Energy drinks or soda

  • Lithium metal (button cell) batteries
  • Power banks
  • Phone cases with built-in batteries
  • Spare batteries

Hazardous Substances

  • Pesticides, herbicides, fungicides
  • Poison
  • Acids
  • Fertilizers
  • Pest control sprays / foggers
  • Hazardous waste
  • Chemical, corrosive, radioactive, or toxic materials
  • Unidentifiable or loose powders of any kind
  • Asbestos fibers

 Biological / Organic Materials

  • Human organs, blood, body parts
  • Animals, live insects, furs
  • Plants of any kind
  • Seeds, worms, mulch, compost
  • Flea collars and sprays
  • Growth hormones, stem cell treatments, steroids

Other Prohibited Items

Regular US mail

  • We cannot receive regular U.S. mail such as letters or envelopes.

Financial Items

  • Currency or currency equivalents. Example: coins, banknotes, paper money, securities, endorsed stocks, bonds, traveler’s checks, cash letters, credit cards.
  • Gift cards or money equivalents.
  • Crypto wallets and crypto hardware.
  • Gold or silver (raw or bullion form).
  • Precious stones of any kind, except jewelry.
  • Identification documents. Example: ID cards, licenses, passports.

Medical, Pharmaceutical & Injection Equipment

  • Drugs of all kinds, including over-the-counter medications.
  • Empty capsules.
  • Needles, syringes, or any injection equipment.

Surveillance, Signal & Detection Devices

  • Hidden cameras. Example: spy watches, pens, or items containing concealed cameras or recording devices.
  • Metal detectors.
  • Lasers.
  • Signal-emitting electronic devices, including fish finders and marine sonar transducers.
  • Devices that transmit or receive infrared (IR) signals
    • (Example: Flipper Zero, Proxmark, similar tools)

Telecommunications & Encrypted Equipment

  • Handheld transceivers and antennas.
  • Antennas and radios.
  • Telecommunication equipment with a high level of encryption. Example: network switches, Starlink devices, LAN or WAN servers, cellular base stations, two-way radios or walkie-talkies.
  • Telecom-related equipment for commercial or personal use, including SIM cards.

Transportation & Aviation Equipment

  • Airbags for vehicles.
  • Engines and transmissions (assembled or in parts).
  • Equipment for navigation of jet engines or aircraft (civil or military).

Regulated Cultural & Historical Items

  • Antiques, defined as works of art, furniture, decorative objects, silverware, or other commodities that are 100 years old or older.
  • Cultural values and works of art requiring certification.

Gambling & Restricted Activity Items

  • Items used for gambling or games of chance, including gambling devices and accessories.
  • Tarot cards.

Adult & Offensive Materials

  • Materials of a pornographic nature
  • Adult toys & accessories, including erection stimulants, lubricants, flavored oils, etc.
  • Materials intended to spread hate propaganda.

Chemical & Specialized Materials

  • Powdered hair dye.
  • Dry ice.

Intellectual Property Violations

  • Copyright-infringing materials.

General Prohibitions

Restricted & Fragile Items

The following items may be shipped only under specific conditions or to certain destinations. Requirements vary by country and carrier. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering or shipping to your locker.

Destination Restrictions

  • Jewelry and watches may only be shipped if the value does not exceed $1000.
  • Any sharp materials, including kitchen knives and scissors, are prohibited to certain countries. 
  • Materials of an erotic nature are strictly prohibited in some Middle Eastern countries and certain other destinations.
  • Drones and drone parts cannot be shipped to some Middle Eastern countries and certain other destinations.
  • Surveillance cameras, spy cameras, and doorbell cameras cannot be shipped to some Middle Eastern countries and certain other destinations.
  • Magic-related items cannot be shipped to some Middle Eastern countries.
  • Games of chance, including any games or kits including dice, cannot be shipped to some Middle Eastern countries.
  • Converse shoes are prohibited for import into Japan.
  • Liquids cannot be shipped if combined in the same shipment with any type of battery.

Perfume

Perfume may be shipped only to the following countries:

  • Brazil (via FastBox Home)
  • Georgia 
  • Russia
  • Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Egypt, India, Jordan, Lybia, and Tanzania (via Aramex and requires an additional special flight fee)

Lithium-ion or Lithium-metal Batteries

Batteries may only be shipped if installed inside the device or packed with the device in the original manufacturer packaging to most destinations. We do not combine or repack devices with batteries that were purchased or received separately.

Loose lithium-ion batteries and power banks may only be shipped to:

  • Georgia
  • Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, Oman - (via Aramex, requires additional special flight fee)

Excessively Fragile Items (Ship at Your Own Risk)

Some items are extremely fragile or may be damaged due to factors beyond our control. These items are not insurable. Fishisfast is not responsible for financial loss resulting from damage during transit.

Examples include:

  • Eyeshadows and eyeshadow palettes
  • Any items that can be damaged as a result of temperature fluctuations
  • Containers with liquid of any kind
  • Glass containers
  • Dishware
  • Sculptures
  • Light fixtures and light bulbs
