shoe box removal confusion

Would be great to clarify between the actual shoe box of the item and the extra cover/case the item reach in from the supplier. i mean when i order a shoe, it comes in its box, and the box comes in a courier/supplier box. I would like for fishisfast to just throw away the courier/supplier box
