I'm having trouble activating my credit card

If you want to pay using a credit card, please contact customer support first so we can enable card payments on your account.

Once enabled, follow these steps to activate your card:

1. Go to the Transactions page and click “Add funds to your balance.”
2. Select 'Credit Card' from the available payment methods
3. Enter your credit card details and click Confirm Payment
4. A small temporary charge will be made to your card for verification. You will then be redirected to the Credit Cards page.
5. Check your bank notification or online statement to find the exact verification amount charged.
6. Return to the Credit Cards page and click Verify Credit Card.
7. Enter the exact amount charged (in USD) to confirm the card. Make sure to use English decimal notation (e.g., 0.34, not 0,34).

Once the correct amount is entered, your card will be activated and ready to use for payments.
