We sometimes get asked whether Fishisfast charges membership or hidden fees. The answer is simple — we don’t.

Once you sign up, you can start shopping right away. There are no fees for receiving, storing, or packing your items. You only pay for shipping when you’re ready to send your package.

We also include several free optional services, such as removing invoices and discarding shoe boxes.

If you’d like additional help, you can choose from paid optional services like extra photos of your items, priority packing, bubble wrapping, stretch film, and more. These services are completely optional — you only pay for them if you decide to use them.
