Though the packaging, shipping updates and delivery went well, the only suggestion I have is that for the recipient to have the option for pick up (during the time of shipping), rather than wait for the driver to call.

My first time using FIF. All went well in terms of getting an account and parcel handling by FIF. The only problem I encountered was in activating my credit card. My Australian bank automatically converted the USD activation amount to AUD so the US amount could not be viewed online.
