Went perfect but one draw back

Everything is perfect but the shipping price was way to much had to pay something even when the parcel arrived. In total the shipping was more than the item itself. I know its not fish is fasts fault but you guys asked for a honest review

Great service! But the shipping options were limited. UPS wasn't available even though it's available in Kuwait. Fishisfast could utilize more couiers such as Elite, OCR and others. It would be great to see more options for shipping companies so we can save more on costs. Thank you very much!

Frustrating Shipping Experience

This was a very frustrating experience. They removed the oil from my items without informing me, then returned the package and removed it again because Aramex doesn’t ship liquids. Even after that, Aramex still rejected the shipment. I spent a full week dealing with this back-and-forth.

Shipping cost

I have nothing to say other than my positive experience since 2020. But recently the shipping charges have been raised 3 folds. I expect Fish crew to secure better deal with DHL, Fedex and Aramex for Fish customers.

Very Satisfied

This is my first shipment with Fishisfast, nice packaging and I loved it. The only thing I noticed is that, the box size is smaller than photo appear in website before shipping. I am looking forward to ship more and more.

Great service, expensive shipping

Another try to use Fishisfast to import products from the US but this time with smaller articles but it wasn't enough to reduce the shipping cost. I had to pay the equivalent of half the price of the contents of the package in shipping costs. Importing from the United States is just too expensive...

Boxes where damaged a bit.

The pokemon boxes where a bit damaged but that could have happened due too the original delivery. so cant say whose fault it was.

Professional, but pricey

Fishisfast are excellent at communicating, and keep goods safe. I like that they provide different shipping options. But it's expensive for Australian customers.

Shipment never been updated

Shipment in aramex warehouse for two weeks now and Never been Scanned or updated still and waiting for a reply from the Customer service but no luck

Good service - expensive shipment

Good service, but the choice of curriers is limited and the offered rates are pretty expensive. A private person can easily find better rates in the very same route with the same delivery time.

Missing items

Quick processing and shipping but I had two missing items from my shipment due to an error, after contacting customer service they've sorted it out, luckily I have some other items in my locker so i will be adding the shirts to the rest of my order this time.

Amazing Service

It was a good experience overall. However, I prefer that there is an option to ship the items directly without waiting for packaging which it takes sometimes 2-3 working days and another 3 days to be delivered at least which is almost a week since the order is received in my address there.

Patches were squished

Kudos to the store for helping pack the things, although I'm very critical of the person packing the patches into one big plastic that it looks squished. They're a bit bent, but looks like I have to put something on top to make them straight again.

The staff are very attentive and helpful. For this order, I was able to use the new FastBuy service. This is especially useful. However, Fishisfast needs to start collecting shipping duties required. Others have this process automated at checkout.

they received the ebay package and registered it fairly quickly. Also very fast shipping (DHL) but my only issue: I was expecting more bubblewrap (bigger ones) inside since I paid extra, that's how Shipito does it it adds more bubblewrap and also adds a fragile sticker on the box.

What often happens is that when I write product descriptions, like shipping an electrolyte, I include details such as "raspberry flavor." The item was returned because I wrote "flavor." This issue keeps recurring with other orders too. Improving this process would be greatly appreciated.
