There are two ways to receive packages into locker.

•  Only unpack shipments when I ask (Free)
  • All of your incoming shipments will be received as a box into your locker. The incoming shipment and shipping label will be photographed at no charge. If you need to see the items inside, you can request one-time unpacking for $5.

If you want to pay as little as possible and you are simply sending an entire shipment to one address, this setting is a good choice for you.

• Always unpack shipments ($2 per incoming shipment)
  • All of your incoming shipments will be unpacked into individual items into your locker. You will be able to see what's inside each incoming shipment. This allows you to check if size, color, quantity, etc. are correct as well as ensure the item is in good condition before it is packed. If the wrong item has arrived, you can request a return to the store.

If you need to be absolutely certain you got correct items, this setting is great for you. This setting allows you to ship items from the same shipments to different addresses separately. You can individually select which items to send to which address.

Where do I change my unpacking policy?

You can update your unpacking policy any time in your settings. Go to the top right corner : Menu → Setting

While stores are usually really good at fulfilling orders, we still see errors and mixups once in a while. By choosing unpack shipments, you can rest assured knowing that you are able to check every item before you ship it!
