If you see an error like “You have to confirm your email address” when trying to log in, it means your email address hasn’t been verified yet.

To confirm your account, open the email we sent with the subject “Confirmation instructions” and click “Confirm my account.”

If you can’t find the email, click “Didn't receive confirmation instructions?” on the login page and enter your email address to request a new one.

Once you confirm your email, you’ll be able to log in normally.
