If you’re new to Fishisfast and haven’t received your first shipment yet, the difference between the Locker and Inbox views may not be obvious.

Locker

The Locker is the default view when you sign in. It shows everything you currently have stored in our warehouse.

This can include:

• Packages that have arrived at the warehouse
• Individual items if you’ve chosen to have your shipments unpacked

From the Locker, you can start creating a shipment by clicking “Add” on the items you want to ship, or by selecting “Add all to parcel” to include everything.

Inbox

The Inbox shows your complete shipment history, organized by incoming package.

Here you can view:

• Tracking numbers
• Package dimensions
• Items inside each shipment (if unpacking is enabled)

Click “View” to expand a shipment and see the items it contains. You can also start a pack request directly from this screen.
The Inbox also includes a search feature, making it easy to find shipments by store, tracking number, or date.

Which one should I use?

Both views provide similar information, they just organize it differently.
    •    The Locker is a simple view of everything currently in storage.
    •    The Inbox is helpful if you want to track shipments by store or tracking number.

Many customers who receive multiple shipments per day prefer the Inbox, while others find the Locker easier to use. Try both and use whichever works best for you!
