Got the wrong size? Or received a damaged item? You can return items to the store directly from your locker. 

If the store provides a prepaid return label: Upload the label and we will attach it when preparing the return shipment. The return processing fee is $3.

If the store does not provide a label: You can choose a carrier and pay the return shipping cost when confirming the shipment.  

To return a single item

  1. Make sure the item is active in your locker. If it’s currently in a parcel, click “Remove” first.
  2. Click the item you want to return.
  3. Select “Return Merchandise.”
  4. Enter the return address and click “Next Step.”
  5. Upload the prepaid return label and any additional documents required by the store. We will include these documents when preparing the return shipment.
  6. Click “Confirm Pack Request.”

Once the item is packed, you’ll be asked to confirm shipping.

  • If you uploaded a prepaid return label, the return processing fee is $3.
  • If you do not have a prepaid label, you can choose a shipping carrier and pay the shipping cost during checkout.

To return multiple items

  1. Add all items you want to return to the current parcel.
  2. Enter the return address for the store (must be in the US)
  3. Click “Returning items?”
  4. Upload any return labels or required documents and submit the pack request as usual.
