Once you submit a pack request, we guarantee that your parcel will be packed within the estimated time shown when you place the request—usually 1 business day (weekends excluded). If we miss that deadline, we’ll automatically apply a $5 credit to your account.

During busy seasons, the estimated packing time may be longer than one business day. The current estimate will always be shown when you submit your request. We know that speed matters, so our packing process is designed to keep orders moving quickly—even during high-volume periods.

Note: These guarantees currently do not apply to the UK warehouse, as that service is still in beta.
