Would you like us to take a close up picture of your item’s size? Would you like us if that used electronic device you bough on eBay turns on? Would you like us to measure the length of something in your locker? No problem! Just submit a service request in your locker and we’ll do it for you.

Submitting request is pretty simple. Just click on the item in question, an additional menu will pop up on the bottom of your locker. Click on the items number and you’ll be transferred to the items page. You’ll see two buttons in the left bottom corner you’ll see two buttons “Power-on test” and “Service request”.

Service requests offered:

• Additional photos (up to 15 photos a month - free)
• Special request ($5 fee) just describe in your native language what would like us to do with your item, and we will make it happen! If we won’t be able to accommodate your request, we will write you back and will not be charged for it.
• Power-on test ($5 fee) is a handy tool if you would like to see if your device turns on. If you request it, we will turn it on and video record the process for you.

Remember, service request are possible for items only, not shipments. If your shipment is still packed, you will need to request unpacking first, and service requests will be available on the items inside..
