Excellent service (this time)

This delivery was excellent. Packaging was secure and well cushioned. All necessary customs paperwork was included. In the past items have been missing. Once the invoice wasn't included, so customs called. Fishisfast has always refunded missing/damaged products, but it's not always smooth sailing.

I've have had several parcels delivered to Australia and never had an issue. Packing safe and secure manner and zero worries about loose items being broken. The turn around time even without using the fast lane option has never been longer than a few hours at most. Excellent.

The service was nice, now it is great I tried other service providers, but Fishisfast is the best overall. I hope they can manage to reduce the shipping cost. This will bring much more volume
