Excellent service. I just have one problem. I had a fragile item, glass container, that was placed in the bottom corner of the package. I expected from the packers to care for my orders and place the fragile items in the center of the box to be protected by other items.

FiF is fantastic. They are sharp and on the money. Quick, efficient service. I usually use DHL to fulfill my FiF orders. Because DHL is exceptionally high in cost, I thought it may be good to give Aramex a go. I was wrong. Getting tracking information from Aramex is absolutely insanely impossible.
