Taking photos

I just wish the photos for the packages were much better. I get cropped and blurry images a lot. I'm not talking about this specific order, I'm talking in general. I understand that your staff works hard and they have to be fast and efficient but that's my only note everything else is amazing.

A service not considered; after submitting the order To pack the things together, some shipments are received at the mailbox during the process of final packing and forwarding, which I want to include automatically in the package without submitting a request to stop and Unpack the shipment

The only little problem was during the process, that my county's customs service was questioning how is it possible that my name appears as sender the too. I got the package in 4 days which is extremely quick. I selected DHL. Thanks for everything.

I am coming from myUS and 2 things they do are not available at your site. The fact I have to enter value of every item for customs make it tedious for large orders. And the custom prepay option which make it far more convenient on the other end.
