Overall great service but a small piece of my orders got lost when you unpacked /packed it

they received the ebay package and registered it fairly quickly. Also very fast shipping (DHL) but my only issue: I was expecting more bubblewrap (bigger ones) inside since I paid extra, that's how Shipito does it it adds more bubblewrap and also adds a fragile sticker on the box.

What often happens is that when I write product descriptions, like shipping an electrolyte, I include details such as "raspberry flavor." The item was returned because I wrote "flavor." This issue keeps recurring with other orders too. Improving this process would be greatly appreciated.

Box Flaps/Covers

Pls ensure both box flaps cover the content completely when closed.For this parcel that u just sent,both the flaps did cover the content completely.However the box was opened b4 for custom inspection.There are blade cut marks on the flaps that almost penetrate the flaps & damage the content.

Have to say the service by Fishisfast was excellent. However, the price of shipping that is charged by the chosen company's was absurd high and a complete downer for this experiment. So, while I am very satisfied with Fishisfast the chance of using it again is very small.
