We want you to make sure you bought the right item, it's the right size, has no blemishes or it turns on if it's used electronics. Service requests is your tool for extra photos or any actions you'd like to do with your item before your pack and ship it.
We photograph and weigh each incoming shipment by default. If we notice any physical damage to the item or the package, we will take additional photos of the damaged area and mark the item as "Problem" to help you identify the issue.
