Need some more time to pack your items? No problem! We offer 180 days of free storage for all incoming packages & items, so you've got plenty of time to get lots of items in and ship them together!
Tip: Received everything you want to ship, but not quite ready to pay for it? You can avoid storage fees by waiting to request packing. Items and incoming shipments can be stored for 180 days for no fee, but once the items have been packed, they must be shipped within 7 days!
Are you Amazon seller and want to manage your inventory more efficiently in the US? Try our FBA shipping service. We can ship to US Amazon warehouse and receive returns for you.
We photograph and weigh each incoming shipment by default. If we notice any physical damage to the item or the package, we will take additional photos of the damaged area and mark the item as "Problem" to help you identify the issue.
Wait, what if a wrong stuff got sent from a store? No worries. Just request unpacking or select for "Always unpack shipments" in setting. We will open a box and take a photo of each item. You will be able to make sure you received what you ordered before you ship to your country.
